Crab cocktail was generous and very tasty. The onion soup was rich and flavorful. It was early evening on a Sunday, the parking lot was almost full and the crowd was moderate and by the time we left at 8, most diners had left. At Sullivan’s Steakhouse, I received outstanding service, and I had an excellent dining experience. My server Maurice was thorough and provided me and my guest with a superior level of personalized service. The food was prepared as requested, seasoned well and five stars delicious. The atmosphere was wonderful. It was at a good holiday celebration noise level. And the few children I observed as present were well mannered and dressed nicely for the occasion. The manager Michael Pons Jr. was hands-on and very attentive to his restaurant guests. He made me feel like a valued customer. The food was amazing and the service spectacular. Our waitress (I hate that I have forgotten her name) was perfect. She was on top of everything, food came out on time and perfectly cooked, checked in on just enough but not too much. This is what I expect from Blue and always get it. At the close of the meal we were serenaded by the wonderful Brynn Stanley and her pianist, and we spent a happy hour post meal listening to them perform holiday and jazz favorites.
