Joyce took time to explain the options, showed us different cuts of meat and gave us suggestions. We had the Prime Ribeye (18oz), skillet potatoes and chocolate cake to finish. Every bite was delicious! Joyce even brought us a special dish (on the house) - sautéed jalapeños. I can’t even begin to describe how good this was paired with the potatoes. For drinks, we had red wine (glass), Moscow mule, Long Island, and a lychee martini. First time in Houston, first time at Pappas Bros. But everyone found food options they liked and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food. The waiter did a good job staying on top of a couple large tables and a couple smaller ones at the same time. We had to flag him down a couple of times, but nothing too serious. No one helped him serve food or anything else. So he was pretty on top of it.
