When we checked in, we were to be seated right away but hostess suggested we wait while a table was cleaned as it had a primo front seating. We did and it was stunning. The waitress, Tiana was fabulous and friendly. The food was delicious. Unfortunately we were seated directly above the electric guitarists at the same table both times. I asked to be moved the first time but this time haha, I just stuffed my ears with paper napkin. Salad was great but the slow braised short ribs had just enough sear to the outside to give a slight crunch plus added flavor and then the meat itself just fell apart…. DELICIOUS! The carrots had such a great roasted taste with sweetness from the carrot-cooked perfectly. Lastly, the mash potatoes were heaven, the butter the garlic flavor with the most smooth silky mashed potatoes I have ever had!!
