I recently had the pleasure of dining at Big Easy in Canary Wharf, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was lively yet welcoming, with the perfect blend of rustic charm and vibrant energy. It’s the ideal spot for anyone craving hearty portions of delicious comfort food. The menu offered a mouthwatering selection of BBQ, seafood, and indulgent sides. I opted for the ribs and lobster combo, which was cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich, smoky, and absolutely satisfying. Paired with a signature cocktail, it made for an unforgettable meal. What truly elevated the evening, though, was the impeccable service we received from Domingo. From the moment we were seated, he went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and cared for. His warm personality, attentive demeanor, and detailed knowledge of the menu made a lasting impression. Domingo anticipated our needs, offered excellent recommendations, and added a personal touch to the experience that made it truly special. Big Easy is not just a restaurant—it’s an experience, and Domingo’s outstanding service was the highlight of our visit. The vibe in the restaurant was pleasant, though it was darker than I anticipated and felt a bit crowded and noisy for my taste. The service exceeded my expectations and was very friendly. The dishes were well-presented, and the prices and portion sizes were fair. Unfortunately, my meal was undercooked, so I couldn’t finish it. Overall, I was pleased to find this place and would love to return, especially to try sitting on the rooftop when the weather is nice. Thanks!

Excellent waitress, professional, knowledgeable and attentive. The steak all round was excellent and a nice bottle of Malbec too so considering its in the O2 with such a vast footfall we were all very pleased with the service from all the staff - well done and we will return when next at the arena

We wanted to order the chef's special but it wasn't available, so we got the ribeye for mains instead. It was outstanding—juicy, savory, and every bit was edible. The starters were great too, especially the prawns gamba. Overall, a fantastic meal!

Was welcomed and greeted very courteously. Offered an intimate place to sit. The restaurant was incredibly quiet with minimal staff. The host was incredibly lazy as they had said I needed to attend the bar for 2 4 1. As someone with accessibility needs (non visible), this was overwhelming. With my partner leading and me giving positive self-talk and meditating/calming techniques, I placed an order in which the bar host (black) set the standard and also offered/asked what we liked and encouraged recommended options. (High standard of customer service, and also brought the drinks to our table). This is the reason for an overall pleasant review. The food was ordered quickly, and the waiter was attentive, understanding, and also alerted a 10 min countdown to when the bar closed. My partner ordered the Big Easy version of a Seafood boil bag (bring gloves, though, like I did). He wanted a larger portion but thoroughly enjoyed it with his sides calamari and creamy mash. However, I had the popcorn shrimp, chicken tenders (incredibly seasoned) with sweet potato fries, and both starters came with side sauces. I will definitely return on a Thursday as I love the steak and lobster combo deal. Every day between Monday - Thursday there's a deal. Every day us happy hour ALL DAY. Highly recommended for dates, anniversary, birthday parties, Hen Party/Stag Do (responsible) Christmas meals or any other occasion. I will be back after commuting more than 5 hours, thanks to the Big Easy Crew as a whole. Had a boozy time and went home with a goody bag (leftovers).
