Our waiter, Alex, was excellent and nice. The food and ambiance was superb, and the restaurant’s location is in the heart of Coral Gables. A very festive way to celebrate my birthday. Everyone at the table thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

An exceptional Christmas Eve 5-person family dinner, and while we've been to this Coral Gables Ruth's Chris restaurant many times over the years, and it has always been dependable, this was our best and most memorable on multiple scores. The service, this time by Kaci L., was particularly excellent -- never rushed, always patient, though without losing attentiveness, and extremely accommodating. And every item was cooked perfectly. Ahi tuna, barbeque shrimp and stuffed mushroom appetizers have long been my favorites, and were terrific. The filets and NY strip steaks were perfectly cooked and really tasty, even without the special toppings, and every side dish was relished by all, from the au gratin potatoes to the creamed spinach to the particularly loved mac & cheese. Lots of leftovers were neatly packaged for each of us, so we were actually able to enjoy them again the next day. Typically, holiday meals out can be rushed and unsatisfying. This one was the opposite. It was hours of fine and relaxed dining for which we were all extremely grateful. Thanks you Kaci and Ruth's Chris.

Excellent service, very cordial and welcoming staff. Food was excellent. We have not been back for several years, the place has not changed, brought back beautiful memories.
