- MMichellePhiladelphia County •4 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoFood was very good! But the noise level was too much. Actually, extremely loud! The table next to us had 3 young women who were literally screaming through their drinks & meals….making it very uncomfortable for my family to enjoy our meal and reasonable volume conversation. It would’ve been nice for a manager to address them. I left feeling they had a sense of entitlement and no one wanted to say anything to them. A ruined evening and experience.More infoCatch New YorkPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Meatpacking District•4.5

We would have tried some but my companions have to work the night shif on that particular evening... short staffed. We will definitely go back again.More infoStrip HousePrice: Expensive• Steak• Greenwich Village•4.8
- MMarthaVIPNew York City •46 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe beet appetizer and cauliflower tempura were wonderful. I had a great burger and my friend had the filet mignon. All great. We ordered warm brownie (was not warm) and icecream and they gave us a comp creme brulee. We had a festive bottle of sparkling rose. (Christmas Eve splurge). We also ordered onion rings and brussel sprouts. Too much food, but why not celebrate!More infoTribeca GrillPrice: Expensive• American• TriBeCa•4.5

From the moment I walked into the restaurant I felt like I was generally welcomed and valued as guest, even though this was my first time there. Our waiter, I believe his name was Ben was straight out of central casting I believe he was Romanian and made us feel welcome made very good suggestions, including the chef special halibut, and once again made us feel like a valued longtime guest. We also had the Franzino, which was cooked tableside – or at least deboned table side and it was extremely tasty and Weil I prefer Dover Sole and blame John Gotti for the rise of branzino once again. I must say this was well. Well, I know there are a lot of restaurants in New York. I know I’ll be back to this one on my next visit.More infoAllora Fifth AvePrice: Moderate• Italian• NoMad•4.1
