From his recommendations to personality, he made sure to be honest with his feedback from our questions to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Also, we came specially on this night to see/hear the band Mahogany Trio. They’re the best to do it in this environment playing a variety of genres of music that will surely have you smiling, singing along, and two stepping by around the bar (lol). We came on a Tuesday and was surprised to how busy it was, but that was no concern as we had reservations in place and we're seated pretty swiftly. For our starter we had the mini Elk tacos which were pretty good. For the main course I ordered the 18oz Angus Bone-In Cowboy Ribeye with a side of the White cheddar havarti mac&cheese and Tallow fries. The Ribeye was cooked to perfection and the taste was amazing. My wife ordered the Texas farm raised red fish which came with jumbo lump crab&rock shrimp, spicy lemon zydeco sauce, whipped potatoes and a frisée citrus salad. Per my wife it was an amazing meal.
