Best Steak Restaurants in Rising Sun

This was no doubt, the best meal I’ve ever had in my life. The steak was hot the entire time without overcooking it (was cooked perfect) and the sides were so delicious.

This was my first time at Jeff Ruby’s and I would definitely return again. My friend and I went for her birthday and they had a special menu with a birthday message for her. Our server, Michael G, was very informative and witty. Every staff member we interacted with was chatty and welcoming and the food of course was amazing. We will definitely be back soon!

We had an amazing time. We went for my husband's 50th birthday and brought our teenage sons for the first time. They were very impressed. Our server, Kaitlin, was wonderful! She said she was new, but you would never know it. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. The food was fantastic. My husband got the Cowboy, my youngest got a burger, and my other son and I each got a filet. Everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. I seriously don't have one negative thing to say. I was the perfect night!

My wife and I wanted an upscale dining experience with a view to celebrate our anniversary. MRBL exceeded our expectations….the food was great, the view was great, and the staff really added to the anniversary experience (congratulations, red rose petals at our table, sparkling champagne to toast, and a special dessert all for free). We’ll definitely be going back!

Great date night! We had the Big Oscar Filet and the Black Truffle Filet for our mains. The mushroom risotto was delicious. The house made dressings on the salads were great. The crab cake napoleon was a wonderful starter. We finished with the carrot cake and chocolate cherry cheesecake cake. Both were perfect finishers. Our waitress was perfect with drink orders and getting our food out at the perfect time. She was very social when needed. The environment was nice and enjoyable. We were able to have a conversation and enjoy our time there. Well worth the visit. Thanks Jag's!
