I started in my grandfather’s restaurant & worked my way up to running one of the most successful restaurants in NYC - Patsy’s Italian Restaurant. My grandfather worked his way up in the restaurant industry in the 1930's and '40s and in 1942 opened his first Italian restaurant, The Sorrento. When it came time to name our new restaurant, we decided on IL Sorrento in honor of my grandfather. I know my grandparents & my mom are smiling down on us with approval. I've lived in Westchester since 1984 & have always dreamed about opening an Italian restaurant here .. now the dream is a reality. My family & I believe that having a successful restaurant is a simple formula - give people what they want: Good Food, Good Service and Good Value. Absolutely perfect bone-in ribeye steak cooked exactly as I requested, charred on the outside and medium (not medium-rare) on the inside. Wonderful ambience & decor. The waiter and service was impeccable! The liquor drinks were good, but rather small. The overall vibe was like we were in Manhattan.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Lenny’s! Me and my (now husband) booked this place for about 16 people after our courthouse ceremony. We’d been here once before for our best friend’s birthday and enjoyed the food so much we wanted to come back again. The restaurant even opened up early for us and accommodated some last minute add-ons to our reservation. The place was nice and quiet, the staff impeccable and the overall service of food and ambiance is inviting and cozy. We ordered many appetizers and sides along with entrees. The only difference is I wish we had bigger stomachs to order more food and try more dishes! Everything was cooked perfectly. Would definitely recommend coming here anytime!
