The restaurant manager and bartender were so cool. They set me up at the bar and I got served by the waiter. I had oysters on the half shell with a glass of Sencerre, then a glass of a Bordeax blend recommend by the waiter, a 8 oz tenderloin, medium rare with an Israeli salad. (The salad is actually crack cocaine disguised as food DELICIOUS). One of the finest meals I have had in years. I loved it so much I brought the client back the next night and w enjoyed the same meal plus a side of ginger glazed carrots (excellent)! Mick as a server makes dinner an experience. He is not only attentive and helpful with recommendations but also extremely fun and humorous. In five years I have never gone to III forks without requesting Mick. We started with the chicken fried lobster and calamari which is both 10/10. Both come with amazing sauces as well. As a table we got seasonal vegetables, asparagus, baked potato, and Brussels sprouts all of which were absolutely delicious. The filet and kings butter is truly to die for and will forever be my favorite steak. For drinks we had the love position, mule, and margarita and I cannot recommend the love position more if you enjoy a very sweet strawberry drink.
