- XXzandreaCalifornia Central Coast •20 reviews4.0Dined todayThe service at Jocko’s Steakhouse was fast, friendly, and attentive. You can tell immediately that the service staff take pride in making the dining experience wonderful for their customers. Now to the food, the 20oz Spencer (aka Ribeye) was tender, well seasoned, and delicious. I now understand why people wave about the steaks at Jocko’s, because the grill master knows what they are doing! Our party also had the lamb chops and the filet mignon. The chilled pickles brought back memories of the big pickles that I would get from the corner store after school. The complimentary ice cream (we had egg nog and coconut pineapple)was superb. The restaurant is loud and the dress is casual (jeans are acceptable), which created a relaxed vibe. Reservations are highly recommended. I was able to secure our 7:45 pm Christmas Eve reservation just a few days before. They do take walk-ins, but I wouldn’t recommend that unless you plan to wait it out at the bar. Jocko’s lived up to the hype!More infoJocko's SteakhousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Nipomo•4.6
- TTerriVIPCalifornia Central Coast •1 review5.0Dined todayLoved the festive decorations and sparkling lights on scale with the large space. The appetizer was on our table when we were seated. A pleasant cup of crab bisque was just enough so that we could still have room for our entree. We both ordered the prime rib ( a huge slab each done exactly as requested), fluffy baked potato, and crispy snap peas. Our server was delightful who kept a perfect pace and checked back with us often. Given it was Christmas Eve and both restaurants were packed, the service and staff were amazing, friendly, calm, and well organized. We truly appreciated the holiday, uplifting atmosphere, good food, and excellent service. What a professional, well planned and smooth operation for an impressive number of diners. - BBethVIPCalifornia Central Coast •14 reviews5.0Dined todayWonderful as always and fabulous to be able to spend Christmas Eve at Vista. The prime rib was delicious and my husband loved the shrimp and crab pasta . Our friend thought the halibut was the best he has ever had . I agree with both of them since those are also two of my favorites. The sunset over the sea with Vistas outdoor Christmas tree acting as a wee beacon of Christmas hope was truly memory making.More infoVista Steak and SeafoodPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Pismo Beach•4.7
- SShirleyLos Angeles •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWe stoped in on a mini holiday vacation our experience at The Hitching Post was amazing. Our waitress Jennifer went above and beyond, handling our dietary needs with ease and attention to detail. Her cheerful personality in what was an extremely busy evening, the ambiance of the restaurant and AMAZING FOOD made for an extremely enjoyable Pre Christmas Eve dinner for us all. We can’t thank Jennifer enough, and are still talking about what a great night we had over all.More infoHitching Post IIPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Buellton•4.7
