I will admit it was ordered well done, but so were the two strip steaks. It lay on the plate looking slightly shredded or so well done the meat was somewhat separated without being cut. By the time my guest complained, she had eaten some of it so I elected not to send it back. I hate to say it, but it looked like one of my failed cooking jobs that would go to my dog (which is where it went after we brought it home). The sides were, as always, wonderful (creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, lobster Mac-n-cheese ). If I were a first time customer, I would question coming back, but as a long time Ruth’s Chris goer, all over the US, and you have been one of the best, if not the best, I will be back to enjoy my filet mignon and creamed spinach (and avoid the single T -bone). The steaks were cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, while the sides and appetizers were equally impressive. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked. We shared a Crab Meat Cocktail, which was a good size to share and delicious. The Arugula hiding under the ice was an unexpected treat and complemented the Crab an cocktail sauce. The staff are very friendly, easy to talk to, their expertise in waiting on their customers excels in every facet, the crew with the meat skewers are spot-on and management is the best on the island!! This visit I met the owner of AG Steakhouse and was pleased with his personality and kindness. I also was content on speaking with him and said this was the best Brazilian restaurant because of its elegant setting of tables, placements, etc. This is a place where a romantic dinner can be experienced with comfort.
