The waiter and management were exceedingly kind and apologetic. They quickly replaced the steak and it was wonderful according to my husband. The chef checked the steak and confirmed it had muscle or something in it and confirmed it would be tough. In all, it was a wonderful experience. They said they were VERY happy we let them know and wanted our experience to be a good one. IT WAS! Highly recommend experiencing the full brunch spread, including the Bloody Mary and champagne carts. Don’t forget to reserve a table side cinnamon roll! It’s a must have! We plan on making a Larsen’s dinner our Christmas tradition from now on. What I DO NOT appreciate is all the “verification” it took from Open Table to know that i am who I say I am. Really—phone number, email, and pass codes to BOTH? Ridiculous!!
