Joyce took time to explain the options, showed us different cuts of meat and gave us suggestions. We had the Prime Ribeye (18oz), skillet potatoes and chocolate cake to finish. Every bite was delicious! Joyce even brought us a special dish (on the house) - sautéed jalapeños. I can’t even begin to describe how good this was paired with the potatoes. For drinks, we had red wine (glass), Moscow mule, Long Island, and a lychee martini. First time in Houston, first time at Pappas Bros.
