- KKimSan Francisco Bay Area •6 reviews5.0Dined todayChristmas Eve… it was excellent. Ordered the lobster tail and 8oz filet and shared it with the broccolini and King crab rice - delicious. It was a wonderful evening.More infoMastro's Steakhouse - San FranciscoPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown / Union Square•4.6
- OTOpenTable DinerSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews5.0Dined todayOur experience tonight on Christmas Eve was outstanding! We haven’t had service and food this amazing in years! Tanner helped with the booking by finding an earlier time. The hostesses were friendly and looked so polished on this special occasion. Then Tommy our waiter was next level pro. He was sheer perfection. The other table staff were attentive and amazing. We have found our new special occasion spot.More infoSundance The SteakhousePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Palo Alto•4.8
- JjonathanSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews5.0Dined todayWe have been celebrating Xmas Eve and other special family occasions at Harris for more years than I can remember. We do do because the food, service and ambiance are uniformly excellent. It is my favorite restaurant in SF.More infoHarris'Price: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Russian Hill•4.9
- VVladSan Francisco Bay Area •8 reviews4.0Dined 5 days agoThe Golden Retriver of fine dining…friendly & reliably excellent! The waiter was patient and paced the check-ins so not to be intrusive. Our steak was cooked perfectly. (Also, highly recommend the cooked prawns!) Finally, we sat in the main dining area. Although busy, the noise level was livable. Beware to bring a jacket or sweater, they keep the temperature frosty. However, the host made an adjustment after one request. We’re coming back!More infoIzzy's on the PeninsulaPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• San Carlos•4.2
- SSteveSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined on 13 Dec 2024Overall, excellent. Just a couple comments: First, the appetizers came out very quickly (a good thing TM) but they beat our initial drinks (wine and beer) by a good 10 minutes. Second, I ordered the filet mignon "medium" because I had been at a Las Vegas steakhouse recently where "medium rare" was barely warm meat. But here the steak came out cooked truly medium and on a very hot plate. So if you like medium rare, you can trust them to do it right, I think. No complaints about how they cooked my steak; just saying I was too conservative in how I ordered it. All food was excellent; service very attentive. It's a louder place but by the end, it had emptied out and quieted down. We were there 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. on a Thursday. If it wasn't quite so expensive, we'd go more often.More infoFleming's Steakhouse - Palo AltoPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Palo Alto•4.4
