Best Steakhouses in Jamesburg

The best steakhouse in NJ and none other comes even a close second in comparison. The Boss in his RED Steakhouse 85 logo shirt, the staff simply amazing. Went with two kids and 6 adults and they treated us with so much patience with my allergies to seafood and my wife being a person who does not eat read meat ( go figure). The food you ask? OMG the bacon, the Calamari ( wife and friends who had it) and the Shrimp ( wife told me) just delicious and cooked to perfection along with the 40 Oz porterhouse ( medium) and my wife’s Veg Risotto layered with Cilantro Shrimp. Fabulassimo. Have lost count how many times I have been there but if you are in NJ, heck if are in NYC, this is where you should be coming if you like the Tomahawk, the Ribeye and baby the Porterhouse. Always an outstanding dining experience. From appetizers to desserts, everything was delicious. Special thanks to Milo, Meta, Billy and the best waiter ever Adonis. You all make us feel so welcomed every time we visit.

This was our first time at Jasper Stone and we had high expectations. Our server, Joe, was great - very knowledgeable and attentive. We absolutely loved out appetizer, tartare trio, and we're looking forward to our entrees. There was a bit of a snafu with getting them, we waited a very long time, so muchnso that I mentioned it to Joe and he agreed and would check on it for us. It wasn't what I thought was busy enough for a wait like that but I don't jnow what was going on in the kitchen. Our dinners came out and unfortunately my husband's was extremely undercooked and mine was a bit over. Joe had the owner Kim come speak with us and he made it right immediately. We appreciated that and the dinner was very good! My husband ordered the crispy potatoes as his side and I liked them better than my side of creamed spinach. I will say the creamed spinach was good but I happen to be overly critical of creamed apinach and felt the parmesan cheese was too heavy handed. Kim insisted that dessert was on him, which we said was not necessary, and we got the bananas foster bread pudding and pistachio cake. We also both got cappuccino, and we both said it was the best we have ever had. We loved the whimsical rock candy stick that came in it - so cute and nostalgic. The desserts though - they were both delectable and incredibly delicious! They are made in house and you can absolutely tell! All in all we veryuch enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back!

Always a favorite of my husband and I. We always get the Lobster fried rice and the Tomahawk for two. Asked for the steak medium, but it came out medium rare. Not a big deal for me but my husband didn’t eat much of it. We absolutely love the lobster wontons, and the Mayo prawns were heaven sent. Also the frozen Lychee cocktail was a stunner! Our server surprised my husband with a birthday cheesesteak slice at the end. Very appreciative of that. Can’t wait to come back!

I’ve heard such great things about this place and their steaks. So my friend and I went. I have to say I was really disappointed in the food. It was a Saturday at 5 pm, an early dinner for us, and we were the only ones in there. So it wasn’t like the kitchen was slammed. We both got the 7oz filet mignon. Mine looked good although her cut looked terrible almost like a steak patty where mine was nice a plump. The mashed potatoes were cold and again we were the only ones there. So a big disappointment and not a place I can recommend or want to go back to unfortunately
