Unfortunately, our friend’s steak was over salted, it did not taste good. Suzanne noticed that he wasn’t eating and questioned him. She immediately took the steak back and had a new one prepared. This was my 3rd time there, of course you won't come close to finishing it, but then you will get 2 more dinners out of it. It's not the quantity (although it's grand) it's the seasonings & the juiciness of the pork, unlike I've ever had. So this location is one of the best run restaurants I've had the pleasure to witness. Food was a delicate balance of flavors and you could taste the freshness of every ingredient. Choices were amazing for those afraid to venture into sushi/sashimi. The open atmosphere and wine room are classy and fresh not too stuffy. Chic and yet demure. Your wine suggestions were on the money. The Sancerre amazing. Respect the honest and fair pricing, and your pairing selection were spot on. The smaller tables often suffer from the lack of availability of the server. We skipped dessert as it took too long between courses. On a positive note, saved us calories.
