- LLauraVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •42 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe absolutely know we will be treated like royalty when we visit Old Fisherman’s Grotto. Once again they delivered. Sal made us feel like family. We started with calamari and artichokes with a nice drink from the bar. The calamari was crispy with the sauces adding a bit of excitement to each bite. The artichoke was creamy and rich. Bread and butter was served. We felt relaxed and never in a hurry. After the appetizer we put in the order for dinner, double lobster tails for him and 1/2 crab, salmon and grilled shrimp for me. We were both so happy with our meals. Dessert was the cherry on top, ollalieberry pie a la mode for him and and beautiful chocolate and vanilla cake with strawberries for me. Our water was constantly refilled. The view of the harbor was also very relaxing. I can’t wait until we are in town again to enjoy the hospitality once again.More infoOld Fisherman's GrottoPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Monterey•4.7

- JJohnSan Diego •4 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoBest Loco Moco ever. Started with the tempura artichoke hearts which were cooked to perfection with a very light tempura coating and served with an excellent sauce. Enjoyed a couple of Elvis Presley cocktails that were incredible. Definitely would recommend this place. The service is always a balance of friendly and professional and the kitchen is always “on point”. Thank you Billy Quon, another awesome evening at one of your restaurants.More infoKona Steak and SeafoodPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Monterey•4.8
- GGaryVIPHawaii •10 reviews5.0Dined on 17 Dec 2024Really a great place. Not a large menu which I like because they focus on what they do best. Food is locally grown and sourced. A lot of organic and real foods, although they don’t want to fall into that farm to table cliché. I was talking to I think the owner and he was very humble about not marketing his restaurant that way but just have good food that is healthy for all to enjoy. I thought it was great and will be back! Aloha from Hawaii.More infoMission BistroPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Carmel•4.6
- MMarySan Francisco Bay Area •21 reviews5.0Dined on 17 Dec 2024We love the Whaling Station. Even though most of the patrons were in jeans, the wait staff treat everyone with class and respect, servicing properly and being attentive but not overbearing. The steaks were a little over salted but would melt in your mouth. One waiter placed a basket of bread on the table, then another one came with a basket all because the first one was not warm. We didn't even have to ask. That's service.More infoThe Whaling Station SteakhousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Monterey•4.6
