We frequent all the top places in Town and have our favorites. Pink Steak definitely has been added to our list. Our waiter, Paul, went out of his way to explain the different menu choices and we followed his advice. The 20 oz. Filet which we shared, was excellent . We now always request to sit outside because it’s often loud inside.  Our waiter Christmas Eve was awesome.  The one problem I always seem to have here is with valet.. They provide poor service.,  I realize it’s a very busy restaurant, but the valet is just bad. They hang out at the stand and expect people to come to them.
