Best Steakhouses in Plano

Nick is always the consummate host and very welcoming. Naseem was amazing as usual ensuring our drinks and food were as ordered. We always enjoy nice steak houses, but Mignons stands above the rest as it relates to hospitality, service, and quality of food. Mignons is by far our favorite steak house! This was our first time in & Erica was very helpful with our selections she made it easy to get exactly what we wanted!! We had four courses that were PHENOMENAL. We highly recommend the fried chicken sandwich, truffle fries along with the ribeye and brussel sprouts.

Food would have received 5 stars but one steak came out undercooked. Other than that minor thing, the food and service was excellent. Don’t love the dining room compared to some other area steakhouses, but it was fine. It was bustling due to it being Valentine’s Day… I liked how they had a holiday pre-set menu but also allowed you to order off of the regular dinner menu. Great wine selection and the pre-dinner martini was perfect. Loved our waiter and the manager came over to check on us.

Another fabulous experience here! Walked up to birthday card as my birthday was the week before-nice touch! The women at the table got gorgeous long stem rose for Valentine’s-again nice touch! We had filet, scallops, chicken for our mains-all cooked perfectly-the filet med rare- Pittsburgh style is supreme. The heirloom tomato and buratta salad is the perfect starter. We also had the lobster bisque with chunks of savory lobster. They brought a beautiful dessert with happy birthday in chocolate which was so thoughtful and yummy. Best of all-the service-Fallon is friendly, funny, knowledgeable and adapted to our fun group making it a memorable service experience. We will always ask for her. Perfect birthday/valentines night. Bravo!

From start to finish all was excellent. We arrive a bit early for our 5:30 reservation and were seated right away. The menu was very good for my wife and I. Perry's has a special selection for those over 65. $39 per person with a good selection of the three courses. Their bread was warm and tasty. The Lobster Bisque was exceptionally good. The cup was more than enough with a nice chunk of Lobster in it. The filet for my wife was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. The steak came on a hot plate. My Fried shrimp was excellent on top of a large mound of French fries. The three sauces that were served with the fries added to the flavors. We added on the Asparagus as an additional side. Deserts were Creme Brule and Cheesecake. My wife opted for a glass of Perry's house Rose - perfect match for her steak. The restaurant was nicely laid out. The wine racks were over 10 feet high and contained many bottles of their finest wines. We were served by Katlyn. A beautiful young lady that was very attentive to our needs. Thank you Perry's for a wonderful pre Valentines dinner. Worth it - YES. We'll be back. Tom
