Best Steakhouses in South Bradenton

Great service and good. Vents over the tables near the windows were cold for us. It was a chilly evening out and did not expect the AC to be so active. But still a great experience. Just would not choose the window locations with the vents again.

This was an opportunity for me and my best friend to ring in the new year. What a better way than to do it at Flemings! We did an early dinner, and we seated in one of their booths, which was perfect. The service was unobtrusive and perfect. The food was beyond words. We decided to do the Wagyu experience and a fillet. We didn’t do appetizers so that we wouldn’t fill up and be able to enjoy our steaks and sides. I highly recommend the Wagyu experience! You receive complete instructions as well as all the tools and accessories you need for the experience. The steak comes to you seared and rare sliced. In the center of your table is a super hot stone 500°. You receive miso (amazing)! , Horseradish sauce, and black salt. If you don’t like your steak rare, you can place it on the stone and cook it to your liking. The beef is the most amazing meat you will ever taste anywhere. My fillet was also perfectly cooked medium. I have to admit I did partake in the Black salt, which was my favorite! For sides, we had mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, and roasted asparagus. For dessert, we had chocolate gelato homemade made by the chef and a chocolate lava cake which comes with vanilla ice cream. Nic was our server and his service was absolutely outstanding. Thank you, Flemmings, even on a most busy Saturday night at the beginning of the year you made our experience and experience that will last with us for a long time until we see you again, which will be very soon. We treated our son to dinner, as a Christmas gift, at Terra Gaucha during our visit to Tampa. I made the reservations before our visit after reading all the exceptional reviews. We were not disappointed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. The manager stopped by several times to ask if we needed anything. The buffet was a meal in and of itself. The lobster bisque was incredible. The meat and shrimp were cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the Terra Gaucha in S Tampa.

Best steak in town. My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful prime rib and filet together to bring in the New Year. We have lived in Sarasota for 5 years, and finally discovered the best! We would recommend the lobster bisque as well. Great service and a wonderful staff. We will definitely be bringing our fiends here.

Capital Grill is always one of the top restaurants in Sarasota. We have eaten at the new additions to fine dining, and while they are also excellent, the overall top score remains with Capital Grill. From the phone call to secure a reservation until the last goodbye, leaving at the end of the night, it was a first-class job. Even MORE impressive, this was Jan 1, 2025, so everyone working had to be dragging from New Year, but they did not miss a beat. Laura, from the "hello" to Oscar starting the night, good job, and you are all appreciated.
