We are big sashimi eaters, so the chefs choice sashimi, 5 fish, three pieces each was a great choice. The toro melted in your mouth. I had a hand roll, unagi with foie gras, also excellent. All the flavors came through on each bite. We had no room for desert, but since we'll be back I wasn't worried that I missed anything. The owner was very attentive and the service was excellent. It wasn't cheap, but what is these days. It wasn't anymore than I expected and we ate a good amount. Kudos to the kitchen, job well done. I had heard from friends that it’s way too loud to have a conversation. I did not find that to be the case. The music was apparent, but not obnoxious.
