When you walk in the front door you are greeted so kindly. The employees in the bar remember you!! That is amazing! They know your drink preferences!!! The Food!!! It’s always exceptional so delicious and fresh. We Love the Peking Duck and their fried rice is terrific. Jing is one of the greatest restaurants in Summerlin!! It’s not just the food and people it’s beautifully decorated as well!!!

Mina, our server, was exceptional—thorough, knowledgeable, and always ensuring that every detail was perfect. As for the food, it was nothing short of outstanding. The lobster tempura was perfectly crispy yet tender, bursting with delicate flavors. The wagyu tacos were a highlight—rich, flavorful, and expertly balanced. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, juicy and full of depth. The king crab tempura was another standout, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients with a light, crispy texture. To finish, the vanilla tart was a perfect ending to an incredible meal—light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. My wife and I went for Valentine’s Day and did the full experience. It was fantastic. The service, presentation, and experience was on point. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. Will definitely be going back.

Pre-Fixe dinner was excellent! Having a shellfish allergy, was able to substitute the 2nd course with chicken bites which was awesome! Short ribs so tender. Crispy rice was very tasty. Our server very attentive along with other staff … made our dinner perfect!
