I recently dined at KUON SUSHI SEI and was blown away by the quality+service. Ingredients were incredibly fresh, but the real stars were the sushi rice and soy sauce. The rice, sourced directly from Japan, had a wonderful texture and subtle sweetness that perfectly balanced the fish.
