- AAllenvipNew York City •4 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoCame back after more than ten years and the food is still very good. The A5 wagyu and the toro are excellent as was the sparkling sake. The katsu and udon are delicious and the tamari chocolate dessert with sesame ice cream was creative and tasty. Service was attentive, informative, and efficient. All in all, a mainstay in the Philly restaurant scene that you can't go wrong with.More infoMorimotoPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Center City•4.7

- TtuyennvipPhiladelphia County •11 reviews5.0Dined on 15 Nov 2024We had a great experience from start to finish. Every piece of Omakase we received was fresh and delicious! Each piece was crafted uniquely and was paired perfectly with other ingredients. The ambiance was a fun vibe! Staff went above and beyond for my husband and I. We also ordered A la carte pieces that were not apart of the omakase package. I highly recommend trying the Big Mac, Toro Negi roll, and the Spicy Salmon Yuzo Roll (this is spicy if you like heat). Everything paired nicely with The Yamazaki. We’ll definitely return back!More infoSushi by Bou - Midtown PA @ RawPrice: Very Expensive• Sushi• Center City•4.6
- EEricvipLondon •14 reviews5.0Dined on 13 Nov 2024We had a 12-piece Omakase dinner, served to a total of 10 people by two chefs. The “experience” was terrific, and the chef was very informative and entertaining. The food was great, with some interesting types of sushi that we’d never had before. The food was prepared well and we were given information about it to make it more than just eating 12 small pieces of fish (I should say 11 pieces of fish and one piece of steak topped with sea urchin). It’s not cheap, and you need to factor this in to the decision about whether to go here, but if you’re looking for a great place for sushi with a different approach to serving it, I highly recommend it. This is our second time going there and we’ll be going back.More infoSushi by Bou - Fishtown PA @ Izakaya FishtownPrice: Very Expensive• Sushi• Fishtown•4.7
- AAlexisPhiladelphia County •3 reviews5.0Dined on 10 Nov 2024Made a reservation for a birthday party, server was phenomenal, staff was very kind, restaurant was clean and food was awesome. Great assortment of options for a group with mixed dietary restrictions and allergies. Also server made sure to bring back cooler bag and all the cold packs I had brought with the cake at the end of our meal. Great time had by entire group.More infoGyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ - Philadelphia, PA | Logan Square (The Granary)Price: Moderate• Japanese• Art Museum•4.8
