Best Tapas Restaurants in Blue Diamond

Amber was phenomenal! My father and I spent quite a long time catching up. We never felt rushed, received excellent recommendations, and exceptional service. My favorite place in Vegas!

This is hands down my favorite place to eat in Las Vegas. I love the yellowtail crudo and the beef Wellington is so good!! We had the pleasure of having Opollo (hope I spelled that right) as our server and he was fantastic! His service was amazing and he put the cutest Polaroid of my friend and myself on my cocktail which was such a cute detail! He is definitely my favorite server so far and he recommended so many delicious items for our group. Juan was an amazing server assistant as well he made sure to stay on top of clearing our table and was very friendly! I will always visit Beauty and Essex anytime I visit Vegas!

Consistently the best in the Area including the Strip. Food is done with exquisite detail. My addiction to the Green Tartare is excessive. Its just so tremendously put together. I rank it among the best dishes I've had any where in the world. Guy Savoy, El Bulli...its just that well constructed and executed. I would like to see more non-alcoholic beverage options, they have the bar talent obviously. They should maximize it. Do not miss the smoked Hamachi if you are a fan of raw fish. The hanger steak is excellent as well. The servers are a murderers row of talented and experienced professionals. Highly recommended after 5 visits over the last year.

The food and service were amazing! The food was unbelievable! The chef and his entire team are true magicians.

Love their food and the options for gluten free. We found the place randomly and didn’t expect the food was so delicious! The service was excellent so we went back for lunch again in 2 days before leaving the city. The lamb chop and the peppers are two of my favorites. Definitely be back to the restaurant when coming to Vegas again.
