Best Traditional Mexican Restaurants in The Woodlands

This place was incredible. The food and drinks were unique and absolutely delicious. Our waiter, Nathan, gave us his recommendations, which we followed, and were not disappointed. The Tamal de Elote, the chefs signature dish, was exceptional. Everything is fresh, but be prepared that the portions are huge. The Trompito Al Pastor could easily feed 2-3. Xalisko is now a must visit for us.

Server seemed new and had to relay every question to support staff. We asked if we could split the bill and the waiter said it was impossible because multiple things of the same food/drink were ordered and bundled. Gave new restaurant vibes but overall the food and drinks were delicious. Would visit again!

My wife and I had dinner with my son and his girlfriend tonight. Everything was delicious from the two appetizers to all four of our entrées finishing with two desserts. The server was very polite, sweet, nice and she was training a new server and she was also very polite. They were both knowledgeable and helpful. Our starters were the octopus and the taquitos and they were excellent for entrées we had tacos Al Pastore, the tenderloin, a salad and the skirt steak every single one of us uttered the words “This may be the best” of what we were eating we had ever eaten. An excellent dining experience truly. The setting has always been lovely.

Came here for a lunch date and we had a great time here. The food is good, the staff is very nice and helpful. They are always around and ready to answer any questions you may have about the menu. ⭐️

We love Caffe Di Fiore!! Their food is super delicious and the service is always pleasant.
