Best Vegetarian / Vegan Restaurants in Edgware

First time at The Veg Box but not the last. This is such a friendly restaurant: we felt very welcome. Going upstairs, we were very pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous, light and open space. But, after only a short wait, that was surpassed by the food. The lasagne stood out but the ramen noodles, budha bowl and everything else was excellent, too. We'll be recommending this restaurant every time we can.

Very tasty food. And yes, their claim that the chicken Kiev may be “the best in the world” might just be true. The duck was very juicy and tasty too. Service was friendly and polite. At no point did we feel rushed. Thank you Ffiona and staff for a lovely evening!

Very good, authentic tasting food. We had the alu ticking and keeps with egg. We also had the brinjal which was fine but not as good as the other dishes.. Service was very sweetly done. I didn't like the chai but they didn't charge me for it. Cosy place, just a few minutes from Lyric Hammersmith. We had tight timelines for a pre-theatre meal but they handled it perfectly.

Very interesting starters - we had the cauliflower and brockli and felt we were getting two of our five! Curries delicious. Very nice service. We were getting a train from Paddington and was a perfect distance for us to have a good meal and then catch the train.

Warm greeting and an interesting menu. We chose the soft shell crab which was a delicious starter. Seabass, steamed or grilled, was a reasonable price (other menu choices were more expensive). Provence rosé was cool and very pleasant.
