Every time I come to Noir i’m amazed all over again, service is always impeccable. Their attention to detail and care is hard to come by in most restaurants in the city. We had a great meal! The staff were wonderful and helped us to make the perfect meal choice . The featured steak was done perfectly and was a shareable portion as they had suggested . The Waldorf salad was delicious as well . I highly recommend this amazing restaurant .
