The experience is NOT the same without him. He makes the entire experience memorable and I enjoy sitting in his section. He knows what I drink, typically what my order will be, and he is engaging without being overbearing. They were very attentive and thought of everything we needed to make our dining experience one to remember. The food was absolutely amazing; from the Brussel Sprouts and mussels to the double Cabernet burger and creste di gallo pasta. Yummy!
