Best Wineries in Miami Lakes

Typically don’t go out for Valentine’s Day, but we were celebrating a different occasion. Miami traffic was terrible as it usually is, so it took us an hour and a half when in reality, we were coming from the boat show. We ended up just sitting at the bar since we knew we missed our reservation. The manager, Ryan, was so amazing and set us up for dinner nicely. Although the food took a little long (it’s Valentine’s Day of course) the bartender, Beverly was so kind and constantly kept us updated on the food. I want to thank them for taking such good care of us on one of the busiest nights in the restaurant world. Definitely going back soon! Totally worth the wait!

Considering it was Valentine’s Day, the restaurant was full as expected. We arrived just in time for our 7:15 reservation and to my surprise, we only had a 10 minute way. Definitely have to give credit to management and staff who were at the top of their game. Food was delicious and perfectly cooked as ordered. The highlight of the evening Ming was our server Oriana. It was the first time she served our table but it will not be the last. We will definitely request to be seated on her area. She was prompt, while adjusting her pace to ours, never rushed us and was very pleasant. She’s definitely the best server we have met at this location for the last 3 years.

Great selection of wine and each item on the menu had a paired wine from the list. The drunken shrimp, medallions and Mahai Mahai was excellent. The house pretzel bread was delicious. Great menu choices.

A Love Story is wonderful. Went for Valentine’s Week with my fiance and he and I both loved it again! We had been there last year but I actually think it is even better now. Highly recommend the Beef Carpaccio and the I Love You More Everyday! The cheese soup was the best we have ever had. Service was fantastic and the ambiance was beautiful as usual!

We had a great time. Staff was imcredible. We brought our newborn son and everyone was so inviting. We ordered Sasscaia for wine. Delicious. I would love if the restaurant would invest in a few premium wine glasses for bottles this exquisite. We had the chefs board, crushed meatball ragu and the short rib. All delicious. Broccolini didn’t make it to the table with the entrees. It came out 7-10 min after and was over cooked. We would have appreciated a complimentary dessert for the failure to meet expectations but it didn’t take away from the experience. Perhaps a small suggestion for the future. The GM came by and another manager to touch the table. Overall it was a great experience and we look forward to retuning next week or the following
