As always, our experience at Capital Grille meet our ranger expectations. Our family members gather here from afar - in L. A traffic and the drive is ALWAYS worth the experience. The menu is enticing. The ambiance simultaneously relaxing and energizing. The service impeccable; the chef is always will to accommodate our unique requests. We had a wonderful and tasty meal of seven fishes with wine pairings. Each fish item was the freshest and tastiest I have had and we buy our home fish from Santa Monica Seafood which is excellent but not as good as O Sea! My wife and I also did the wine pairings and enjoyed each wine and was relieved that none were too large. I apologized to Mike that we have not visited O Sea since last Christmas! Our New Years Resolution is to visit more often! Maybe O Sea could have more fish themed dinners like the opening day of trout season in CA…the first Saturday in April.
