   Been coming here for lunch for years. Menu is 30% of what it once was. Missing some of the classic lunch favorites like the citrus skirt steak salad. VERY limited menu on a placemat sized piece of paper! One fish choice, two salads, one burger, and maybe 2 other entrees! That's it! Told that there is a new chef and they are transitioning the menu so it is now limited - was told by server "come back in a couple of weeks and it will be a full new menu." Why not keep the old menu while you do your own internal transition. I suggest you stay away until the new menu is introduced. Hoping the new chef keeps some of the old classics and creates some good lunch options.

   It was adequate. The attraction was the proximity to the airport. We ate many times at The Daily Grill that was in Hollywood and loved it but this one was a disappointment.

   Always enjoyed this restaurant. Tonight was a disappointment. They are putting in new flooring and the noise was horrific. Rib eye steak and filet were ordered medium rare on the rarer side. They came medium rare vegetables were tasty. French fries dry. Butternut soup was mediocre. The waiter was fantastic. We always give our piper experience a a second chance. Hopefully it will be better

   While overall the food was outstanding, the two items that were oddly not appetizing was the yogurt on the breakfast platter, which tasted sour to me - so I'm assuming that it's just a preference in taste - and the grilled asparagus that was burned in spots and still very woody in the center. The chicken parmesan was outstanding as was the french dip. The fries with the french dip were perfectly cooked and seasoned as was the angel hair pasta with the chicken parmesan. Service was utterly phenomenal, and the atmosphere was perfect. The eggs benedict were outstanding as were the pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon and the breakfast potatoes were just amazing.

   The poor bartender was doing everything in the bar and in the dining area. I understand staffing accordingly but Raul was running all over the place. Placing the order was interesting. He took our drink order and we saw him running around providing the final bill to the customers and taking food orders. The food was good but feel bad for the bartender to take care of everything.

    Food was decent, but there were little gnats buzzing around the veggies. So only ate 1/2 the food. The server was excellent tho- attentive and courteous.
