Opening Angelo Elia Pizza, Wine Bar and Tapas - Oakland Park was a passion of Chef Angelo Elia for more than eight years. While Casa D'Angelo has been a place for him to showcase his depth of Italian technique, he wanted to create a restaurant that felt more like the simple Italy he visits year after year where ingredients are at the forefront. A place where you could come and sit and pick at food as you want with friends. But it didn't come that easy. Like all things that are simple, careful thought and research has gone into the menu and the guarded sources of our premium ingredients. In the end, Angelo Elia Pizza, Wine Bar and Tapas is all about friends and a good bottle of wine enjoyed in a contemporary, easy dining atmosphere.

We love this restaurant. It’s always great. They were super busy so we had to wait a little longer for certain things, but it was all good.

Absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The manager greeted us warmly and made sure we were taken care of throughout our meal. The real star of the show, though, was the pizza. The crust was perfectly thin and chewy. The ambiance was cozy and authentic. If you're craving incredible Italian food in a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be back again soon.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! One of the standout aspects of my visit was the incredible management led by Michele. His passion for hospitality is evident in every detail. He took the time to personally check in on guests, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of. Michele's attention to detail and genuine care for her patrons truly elevates the dining experience. The menu is delightfull ! Each plate I tried was beautifully presented and bursting with taste. The staff was knowledgeable and eager to recommend wine pairings, which perfectly complemented the meal. Thanks to a great and dedicated team, I left with a full belly and a big smile. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their amazing offerings!

Our party of three was seated promptly. We ordered a margherita pizza, a diavalo pizza and the Paglia and Fieno Bolognese entree and we each tried everything. All were excellent.
