With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients.     Food was great, our main waiter treated us like we were beneath him. It was my wife’s birthday and he ignored us the majority of the time. Spent $400 to be treated like crap. We won’t be back.

    First time dinning at Delmonico Steakhouse and all I can say is 5 Stars across the board. Location is convenient, atmosphere is inviting, and the food was perfect. But the service was the best we’ve ever seen. Matt our server who has worked at Delmonico for 23-Years made our night one to remember. This is a must visit while in Las Vegas and Emeril Lagasse once again doesn’t disappoint. But make sure and ask for Matt, you will not be disappointed!

    I've been going to Delmonicos at the Venetian since they opened and this was my last time. The food was not good. Our filets were awful and we split the wedge salad and there was the core of the lettuce in one salad and brown lettuce in mine. We each received 1 piece of bread (a popover) and was never offered more. It's not the same anymore.
