   The food was not as good as it used to be to be. The filet had no flavor. I was looking for the creole flavoring it used to have. Maybe I came when their chef was not on his game.

   Another fabulous meal at Delmonico’s! Made all the more special by our table captain, Jeff. Hard to beat the signature bone-in bacon as a starter. The 16oz. strip was prepared to seasoning and temperature perfection. We finished with the pecan pie for dessert; enough to share for the 3 of us. The sommelier was also helpful in making an appropriate wine selection. Delmonico’s is our “go-to” for that very special night out in Las Vegas.

   Never disappointed with a meal at Delmonico. Fantastic cuts of beef prepared to perfection. Impeccable service by table captain Rene and his team. Dining here is always a top priority when visiting Vegas.

   Magnificent dining experience all around. Our server, Mikki, gave us a quick tour of the menu since it was our first time to dine there. She included some of her favorites as recommendations. I ordered the buffalo ribeye and my wife ordered the filet. Both steaks were grilled to perfection and were complimented by the asparagus and steak fries. I also wanted to mention Jeorge, our server assistant, we felt absolutely spoiled by his attention to maintaining beverages, bread, and even boxing up our leftovers. Definitely can’t wait to return for dinner next time we are in Las Vegas!!

   We enjoyed lunch at the bar with Matthew. He provided fantastic service and made the best martini. The burger is the best in Vegas. The fries are a must. My husband’s gumbo was a taste of New Orleans.

   Impeccable service and divine food, exceeded expectations. Yes it was expensive but typical for an upscale meal in Las Vegas. The steaks were nicely aged with a subtle seasoning and perfectly cooked to medium rare. The potato croquettes were a nice change from typical steakhouse potato choices. Tables were spaced apart from others so noise level was minimal. A very good experience!

    We celebrated my husband's birthday b4 a concert at the Sphere. The service was great. The Sommelier was terrific. He was very helpful and enthusiastic and not snobby like some can be. He knew the wines and gave us good feedback and even a taste of one we were considering for a bottle. The food was deliscious! We came for the steadks and were not disappointed. Perfectly cooked and tender. The potato croquettes were amazing! We also had the brussel sprout side, which was also perfect. My husband had an espresso martini with his dessert. So yummy! Highly recommend this restaurant.
