   Even on a raining evening the rooftop view was beautiful. It was a friends birthday and our first girls night out in a long time. We did Omakase and it was so worth it. The staff was great. Helped picked up our many drink options and helped us get out in time for our show at 7 even when we arrived at 5:30. If we didn’t have plans after we would have stayed much longer and probably tried many of the other dishes.

   This was my first time at the departure lounge. Great service, fascinating interior and breathtaking view from the 15th floor! Food was super delicious! I ordered glazed salmon and espresso martini, what can I say… that was the most delicious salmon I ever tried. Also, our waiter, Jesus, was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this place!

   Something for everyone, which pretty much covered our table. Ample GF/V offerings for one diner and we didn't even have to ask (beet and brussels sprouts, tomato salad, and delicata squash), excellent beverage selection, including sake recommendations, splendid sushi and octopus, and a big bowl o' Kimchi fried rice with pork belly just in case we were still hungry (tbh, a half of that ended up going home with us). Flourless chocolate torte wasn't bad, either. Most of all, excellent service. It's been a while since we were there and now I'm already thinking about Duck Month (December).

   An excellent time at Departure. Our server Jason advised us when we had questions about the menu items. He recommended the halibut and the steak entrees. Both were excellent and the halibut was outstanding. Highly recommend this restaurant to people who appreciate consuming wonderful food.

   Took nearly 2hrs for us to receive everything we ordered. Seems like the bartender had a lot to say about a drink we ordered that came out wrong. Didn’t feel like a $700 experience, everyone kinda makes you feel like you’re doing them a disservice by being there…cool view but the food will take 2+ hours to come out and would rate the food a 7.5 out of 10…so not exactly worth it 🤷🏻

   Hello Anna, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you found the team to be inattentive. I will say that a 2 hour dining experience for a party of 8 is pretty normal in higher end restaurants.
