Owner Brian Piccini is proud of his award-winning Restaurant & Bar, Deuxave in the Back Bay. The inspiration behind the restaurant’s American Nouveau Cuisine is seasonality, with a focus on working with the finest farms and purveyors, sourcing out the freshest, local ingredients and amplifying their magnificence. The cuisine is strongly rooted in the nouvelle techniques of contemporary French cuisine, married with the splendor of American ingredients in a refined, but casual setting. Deuxave’s (pronounced doo-ave) name plays homage to its location at the corners of Commonwealth Ave and Massachusetts Ave.

                                            Everything was great as always, the food was perfect and the server was awesome. The wine recommendation was great, he even recommended one that was less expensive than we thought we’d be paying but it was amazing. The restaurant also gave us a desert on the house. I always recommend Deuxave to everyone I talk to and last night really just proves my recommendation right!

                                            I can't compliment Deuxave enough!!! Honestly, one of the very nicest dining experiences that we have had in years! The food was WONDERFUL! The service was PHENOMENAL; unpretentious yet attentive. The ambiance was warm and relaxing but elegant. The best duck breast I have ever had!!! We will definitely be back! Thank you Deuxave for a lovely holiday evening to remember!

                                            Dinner for one at the bar was made special by Darrin’s graciousness, warmth, and attentiveness. The onion soup was a revelation and the duck confit and deconstructed crème brûlée were wonderful. What I expected to be a quick early evening bite was transformed into a special night. Thank you.
