Fabrik's current menu focuses on Japanese, Nordic, and Italian flavor profiles. Fabrik is 100% independently owned and operated.

Led by Executive Chef-Owner Je Wallerstein, Fabrik is Austin’s first 100-percent plant-based tasting restaurant featuring curated menus that highlight the seasonality and diversity of plant-based cuisine in an upscale, sophisticated setting. With sustainability as a priority in our approach, we source produce and ingredients from local growers and provisioners wherever possible. Beautiful ambiance especially around Christmas time with all the lights and giant Christmas tree. Food and drinks were delicious and the kids enjoyed running around the grassy areas. Service was outstanding.

Thanksgiving Brunch was Phenomenal. This meal, the turkey and the sides tasted like I cooked our Thanksgiving meal. Honestly this is the first time going out that I can say that. Other people in our family had the filet, lobster salmon, all raved about the food. From appetizers to desserts you couldn’t possibly try everything. Presented elegantly and service was very attentive, didn’t feel a bit rushed. We have reservations here for Christmas brunch this year as well.
