Los Tamarindos a Farm-to-Table Restaurant is located in San José del Cabo, at the tip of México's Baja Peninsula, only a mile from the Sea of Cortez. The farm and Restaurant occupied the side of a former 19th-century sugar cane plantation. Wow. One of the best meals I’ve had in a while. Unique, surprising, delicious flavors in every dish. Had the beet yogurt salad, calamari, roasted totoa white fish and each was exceptional. Also the best mocktail I’ve had ever (O% gin/hibiscus). Beautiful ambiance and lovely service. Major recommend if in San Jose!
