Quince’s menu is inspired by travels of chefs and lead partner to his favorite culinary cities, such as New Orleans, Lima, NYC, Mex. City. Quince is upscale casual. The uplifting familiar music, attentive service, and spectacular views from all 6 terraces come together to create a fun & entertaining atmosphere that is the “Quince Experience.” After helping make Quince the “#1 Rooftop Restaurant in the World” in 2020, Quince’s exec. chef, Gonzalo Martinez, is still evolving the culinary scope of its menus.

All seats are in the fresh open air with different coverages, including umbrellas, retractable awnings and hard cover. Seats have different views of SMA’s gorgeous sunsets, mountains, iconic churches and its historic Centro. What can you say about this place that probably hasn’t already been said. The ambience was fantastic. The food and the service as well. We also got a surprise show that we were not expecting. I would definitely recommend this place. The manager Eiliu was very helpful and professional.

We had an amazing view at sunset and the service was fantastic. Food was good and steaks came and in very large portions so it’s better to share because if not you’ll have plenty of leftovers.

De pronto como amantes de la cocina estamos necesitados de encontrar en nuestra ciudad un lugar acogedor, pequeño, de caras conocidas y cálidas. Un ambiente relajado y fresco, que no sea pretencioso, pero sí inspirador.
Tostévere con una propuesta de cocina ecléctica y ambiciosa, ha ido cumpliendo expectativas altas de comensales exigentes. Algo que puede caracterizar al lugar, es la cocina “honesta”, tal cual la describe Antonio, quien realizó el menú. Porciones y precios correctos. Ticket que no destaca por barato pero que con gusto acabas pagando: productos de calidad, cocina trabajada, servicio de excelencia y calidez.

The rooftop brunvh was terrific… we were alone dining as it was Christmas day. We had ham and eggs with the best tiny sauages and potatoes. My husband had avocado toast with grilled tomatoes ehich he loved. Great value and amazing views!!

Still the best Japanese restaurant in town but it's starting to grow older. They need to make some changes in the menu and decoration before it's too late!

Storm started during dinner and the staff jumped into action making sure customers weren't getting wet, continued to check on us after the power went out, hand wrote our check, guided us to the stairs with flashlights... overall amazing customer service and fantastic food! We will be back!
