Way surpassed expectations. The food was amazing. Best ossobuco I've had in years. The wine list is small but excellent and fairly priced. Our server was wonderful and quite knowledgeable. Many of the staff, both front-end rear are from Lahaina Grill. With that you can't go wrong. An altogether wonderful experience. We can't wait to go back.

We had a fantastic experience at the chefs table! The food and staff were all amazing. Highly recommend for great food and a fun experience! We had some dietary restrictions due to pregnancy, and they were awesome at accommodating easily!

Located in Paia, Maui, we invite you to dine in our intimate, all Chef's Table dining room. Our everchanging Market Driven Menus always include a glass of sparkling wine, are Prix-Fixe, between 6-8 courses and range from $230-$300 per person plus tax, gratuity and any additional alcohol.

RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: If you are late, please call to let us know. We will make every attempt to catch you up, but we absolutely cannot make any guarantees on coursing and pacing. Reservations are STRICTLY held by Credit Card. Cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation will be charged $200 per guest, WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Please allow at least 2.5 hours for dinner. Allergies or dietary restrictions must be made known to the restaurant when reservation is made. This is one of our favorite restaurants. The serving ce is always impeccable and the food is swoon worthy. This trip was no different. Daniel, our waiter, was courteous, kind and intelligent, but was a wealth of knowledge about not only the menu, but about bourbon and whisky, which made my husband’s experience even better. We appreciated the attention to detail with regard to everything we ate. The food was well balanced in flavor and texture. We have come here on our yearly visits to Maui to celebrate my husband’s birthday for several years and we will continue to do so in the future. Thank you to everyone who made his birthday both memorable and delicious!

Dine at the most breathtaking oceanfront setting in Kapalua Resort. Peter Merriman Chef/Restauranteur has brought his unique style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine to Maui. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.

Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. This includes all holidays. Although we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 people or split reservations in our main dining room, we do have other options available. Please email reservations@merrimanshawaii.com for groups larger than 8 people.

For a more casual dining experience, join us at The Point, our oceanside dining location offering a casual menu. The Point opens daily at 4pm, weather depending. Reservations are not needed or accepted for The Point. Happy Hour is from 4pm to 530pm at the Point and Bar.

Great location- beautiful views - excellent food - busy, busy! Only complaints would be 30" wait for a table AFTER confirmed reservation time. Not a great start to a Birthday celebration for my wife! Ushered to the outdoor bar for a drink while waiting for table; great views from the deck but ... why have a reservation (made 60 days ago and re-confirmed) if you're going to have to wait?? Food was delicious and while waiter was competent, we felt he was distracted by larger parties and catered to them while letting us wait. Instead of paying with a credit card, I paid cash just so we wouldn't have to wait.

For many years, the Kula Lodge has been a favorite for both visitors and Kama'aina alike for delicious cuisine and breathtaking views of Maui. Perched high on the slopes of Haleakala with a 180 degree view of Maui, the Kula Lodge and Restaurant is a comfortable and homey place to relax, especially on your way down from the sunrise or sunset at the crater. It is situated on 4 lovely acres and not only has a stunning botanical garden, it has the only full-service bar and live music in Kula. It's also the only place upcountry with dancing (on Friday and Saturday nights)!

The restaurant seats up to 160 guests, making it ideal for weddings and special events. The Kula Lodge outdoor Garden Terrace features a brick wood-burning pizza oven and an open view of south, central and the Maui mountains. The sunset views are absolutely phenomenal!

Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 5-7 have live entertainment; Friday & Saturday evenings from 5-8pm have live entertainment AND dancing!

We had a Filet Mignon cooked to perfection and the house made Pappardelle served in a wonderfully delicious ragu made beef and venison. Indescribably delicious. The double chocolate cake for dessert was heavenly. We will definitely plan to return soon to this up country gem.
