Situated in the heart of Ka’ana Kitchen’s open-air styled kitchen, we invite you to immerse yourself in our exclusive dining experience. Interact with our chefs as they thoughtfully curate a customized 6-course menu of fresh, local ingredients to stimulate your sense of adventure. To enhance the experience even more, we have the option to add wine pairings to each course, hand selected by our expert sommelier.

This exclusive experience is limited to seating’s at 6:00pm, 6:15pm and 6:30pm Tuesday - Friday.
Maximum of 4 guests per party.

Premier Cru – a selection of our favorite wines from off the beaten path – creating a journey of discovery & delight +$125/person
Grand Cru – exclusive selection of hard to source, hard to replace but very easy to love wines +$250/person

We had a fantastic experience at the chefs table! The food and staff were all amazing. Highly recommend for great food and a fun experience! We had some dietary restrictions due to pregnancy, and they were awesome at accommodating easily!

Located in Paia, Maui, we invite you to dine in our intimate, all Chef's Table dining room. Our everchanging Market Driven Menus always include a glass of sparkling wine, are Prix-Fixe, between 6-8 courses and range from $230-$300 per person plus tax, gratuity and any additional alcohol.

RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: If you are late, please call to let us know. We will make every attempt to catch you up, but we absolutely cannot make any guarantees on coursing and pacing. Reservations are STRICTLY held by Credit Card. Cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation will be charged $200 per guest, WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Please allow at least 2.5 hours for dinner. Allergies or dietary restrictions must be made known to the restaurant when reservation is made. If dietary restrictions are presented without notice, we will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate them but can make no guarantees.

Always a wonderful dining experience at Honu. Food quality and presentation are outstanding and our server, Gerry, made great recommendations. Gerry and the kitchen staff also created a relaxed flow of courses - which allowed us to fully enjoy our evening. Mahalo Honu!

Dine at the most breathtaking oceanfront setting in Kapalua Resort. Peter Merriman Chef/Restauranteur has brought his unique style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine to Maui. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.

Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. This includes all holidays. Although we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 people or split reservations in our main dining room, we do have other options available. Four of us had dinner at Duo which we enjoy each time we visit. We live on Maui half time and this is a treat for us. Last night did not disappoint! Everything was outstanding from beginning to end, from the hostess who seated us, to the man who poured our water, to our delightful, friendly, knowledgeable waitperson Cooper. We started with tasty cocktails and it dozen oysters from Washington State. My 96-year-old father enjoyed the monchong (local fish) and the other three of us had steak. About halfway through dinner, my niece said "I think this might be the best meal I've ever had!" it was a beautiful evening and The Four Seasons is such an outstanding setting. There are a couple of other Maui steakhouses nearby, but in my opinion, Duo outshines them all!

Outstanding meal - probably the best food on Maui. Had the Upcountry Salad (so fresh!), fish of the day (Kampachi in a beautiful truffle sauce), lobster pasta (OMG), and the bread pudding for dessert. Would order the exact same but also try the chicken next time.
