Situated in the sunny slopes of Caldwell, Idaho, we offer unique farm-to-table cuisine. We grow 20 acres of 800+ varieties of fruits, vegetables, and flowers as well as working with numerous local family farms to make all of this possible. We believe land that produces food is sacred and the hands that raise food are blessed. Unforgettable cuisine and over 10 delectable hard apple ciders made right here on our farm. I had an incredible experience at Peaceful Belly. The farm-to Fork concept truly shines with seasonal dishes that burst with freshness. The cozy rustic atmosphere just adds to the charm.

We had a great dinner tonight. Excellent drinks, food and service. The seafood dishes were fresh and delicious. Our server was friendly, fun, and attentive. We’ll definitely be back.

From Naples to Santa Monica to Boise: the same passion for food.

A few words from the owner:

In 1969, I arrived in Los Angeles and I immediately noticed that the food served was much different tasting than the food that my family prepared in Italy. Upon questioning the restaurant owner regarding the non-traditional meals we were serving, I was told the food must be made according to American taste.

My commitment to you: I pledge to bring an authentic Italian dining experience, demonstrating the same passion I’ve had since the beginning.

Food was outstanding. New owners, same delicious menu, more bread allowed! Restaurant had a very large party arrive before us so I thought the food service would be slower but it was not! Everything arrived quickly and fresh. Looking forward to our next visit!

In 2021, 3 Horse Ranch Vineyards built a new full production winery including under-ground barrel rooms and the Ranch House restaurant. Incredible dining experience. Got our group of 8 in last minute & it was the most beautiful & incredible meal. Intimate setting, cozy with the fireplace, & just top notch. Lily was our server & she was incredible. Have always loved this restaurant & vineyard for lunch/brunch but dinner was next level. Thank you so much for the wonderful night.

Join us in our Wednesday through Saturday for our reservation-only five-course tasting menu, featuring a prix fixe meal with curated beverage pairings. The menu changes every five weeks and no course is ever repeated. The regular menu price is $115 per person, and the pairing is $40 per person. On Friday and Saturdays at 6:15 pm, we offer our standard menu, while the 9 pm service is known as Supper Club. Supper Club features an unpublished menu for $115, including beverage pairings.

This is a special restaurant for Boise. It is as much art as dining. The creativity of the dishes, both in terms of their content and presentation is remarkable. So much thought and work must go into each menu… it’s a great experience worth the splurge. Highly recommend it.

We’ve been dining at Chandlers for 5 years now. It is every bit as outstanding as it was the first time we were here. That speaks volumes! We will be clients forever. Food quality, cocktails quality, service quality, entertainment quality are unmatched. You pay for what you get as the saying goes. Chandlers is worth the value!

The Pre Fixe Menu is wonderful. Steaks, salad, lobster bisque and sides and desert. What more could you ask for. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and the staff was wonderful. Ruth Chris will make any evening special.
