Absolutely loved this restaurant. The small plates were great for sharing and the flavors of each dish we tried were superb. I wish you had one on Cape Cod, we’d be there regularly! Highly recommend you eat here if you are in the area.

One of LA’s best Italian restaurants, Locanda Veneta aims to transport you to Venice, Italy. Where the freshest and often deceptively simplest ingredients are combined and cooked into art. We are delighted to welcome you in for Lunch dining! We have a new menu with a mix of new dishes from Chef Carlos as well our signature favorites as well as specials on the weekend. Our current hours for dine in reservations (patio and dining room) are Thursday - Sunday 11a - 3p.

If visiting for the first time, we are a casually elegant restaurant and boutique which serves a wide selection of French inspired American dishes as well as showcasing our world renowned selection of Caviars, smoked salmon and other French delicacies.

Our boutique is open 7 days a week from 11a - 5p with our full Boutique menu available every day for take out, delivery or FedEx delivery if not within our local courier area.

We came here for my sister’s birthday dinner as we both have had yakiniku in Japan and she loves it. The restaurant is very private and has a nice ambiance. We both got the signature omakase, and it was a good amount of food for both of us. However, we both don’t eat a ton so if you are hungry or eat more generally it may not be enough food for you. Our server was also very attentive and made sure to explain each cut of meat to us carefully. The meat quality is great and the various seasonings they let us try were great. One drawback here is that the omakase only includes the meat (you have to pay to add anything else—salad, rice, dessert, etc) and we wished a little that we had something to eat between the meats. For this price point you would expect maybe some other things to be included in this set, as other omakase usually have. Additionally, I had asked the hostess if they did anything special for birthdays but they don’t really offer anything of that kind. I would say maybe just don’t expect a lot if you are coming for a special occasion as it will be more just like a standard meal.
