O’Brien's Bistro is one of the few restaurants in Pensacola truly owned and operated by the chef!

Our menu items are just some of the flavor combinations we have created. Our kitchen staff will try to accommodate menu changes or requests you may have. Our goal is if the ingredients are on the pages of our menu, we can cook it your way, well, of course, within reason!

I’ve eaten here 3 times. Everything results in making this my favorite restaurant in the Pensacola, Perdido Key, and eastern Alabama. Had grouper Lyonnaise, amberjack and last night an 8oz filet, shrimp bisque and oysters rockefeller. Couldn’t ask for better. My wife had New Orleans Shrimp & Andouille.

Chef Gillette’s menu brings creative, Southern touches to classic Italian cuisine. Handmade pastas, thoughtfully prepared vegetable dishes are served alongside an abundance of Gulf seafood. Lunch varies from our popular shrimp & grits, to our delicious and filling $9.99 specials like bourbon chicken or sweet n sour chicken, to a fresh beef burger. Our dining experience at Gallion’s was excellent! The service was impeccable (thank you Caleb) and the ambiance was festive and fun! The grouper special was fresh served with cheddar polenta, the red snapper entree was one of the best preparations on 30A. We ended the evening with a walk through Rosemary enjoying the lights! Highly recommend!
