SHINBAY is Arizona's first and only Omakase restaurant. This exotic, multi-course dining experience ignites all the senses and inspires guests to explore uncharted flavors. This was a fantastic experience. The food was incredible - I have never experienced something at this level. The staff was amazing and the Chef came out to meet us for one of the courses. It was great observing how the Chef and staff interacted which other very calm, organized and passion to deliver excellence with everything they did. Very Happy - thank you for making a birthday celebration perfect and memorable.
