Food was amazing. Alex was our server, he was very knowledgeable and great at his job. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I do recommend the crab cake as an app. Thank you guys for the great meal and great service. Will be back and highly recommend.

Once again Christy Hill was outstanding. The food was inventive and absolutely delicious! I had the octopus appetizer which was flavorful and nicely plated. The parsnip puree soup was great for a wet cold night. The duck breast with mole sauce was wonderful as was the lamb with stuffed peppers. We also enjoyed our favorite orange wine. We highly recommend Christy Hill!

Duck confit was great and good portion. Foie gras and mushroom special apps were also amazing. They knew it’s our anniversary but didn’t do anything special tho.

We had a wonderful table in the corner by the window on a snowy evening! Great service and food and drinks were excellent! It was a bit boisterous at first with loud kids having fun but overall it was a great night at Gar Woods!

This is a solid “old Tahoe” decor and menu. The portions were very generous and the waiter was friendly and efficient. This was a perfect place to relax and enjoy.

We went on Christmas Eve and the restaurant was nicely decorated and everybody working was so nice and festive. We were grateful for their work on a holiday. We will be back!
