The Casola Dining Room is first and foremost an educational experience for our students.

Seasoned is SUNY Adirondack’s student-run restaurant, located in the SUNY Adirondack Culinary Arts Center in downtown Glens Falls. SUNY Adirondack's Culinary students are trained by the college's highly skilled faculty, then put what they learn into action at the state-of-the-art learning center. Students learn the ins and outs of the restaurant and hospitality industries by working in all roles of the front of the house. In the kitchen and classrooms, they learn the art of creating delectable cuisines which are served to the patrons of Seasoned.

Seasoned also hosts Collaborative Cuisine dinner series where the college partners with local beverage companies in New York State. Enjoy a four-course pairing menus curated and prepared by SUNY Adirondack Chefs Matt Bolton, Dynia Mariano and their Culinary Arts students, the events are elevated with informal informational talking points from the chefs and our regional beverage partners. Another delicious meal at LaBella’s! The house salad is an excellent start! Our meals came out promptly and hot from the oven! Service, food and value make this our “go to” restaurant of choice. Happy Holidays!’

Like if you had a traditional Italian family owned restaurant with fresh pasta, full bar and a cool vibe. Think of an Italian “Cheers” where everyone knows your name AND if you never had wood fired pizza you need to experience that.

We were visiting the area overnight and found this surprisingly delightful place to eat. The staff was very attentive, food was terrific and the bathroom was spotless. The portion sizes were very large. I had the angel hair pasta and shrimp. It was delicious. Packed w arugula and tomato added to the freshness. My husband had a chicken dish which he loved. The butternut squash soup was a huge bowl of flavor. My only complaint was I wasn’t a fan of the cesear dressing- too much vinegar for me.

Been more than a few times now. Mike, Christina, Jamie(Janice) Logan and the rest of the staff are probably some of the most excellent people. Great food, great service and so many laughs. Thanks for yet another excellent night.

Wonderful food & service. The view is always astonishing as well. Amazing place to celebrate my godparent's anniversary and early Christmas. Always so welcoming and pleasant. We will definitely be back again.
