The Café Brio, located in Victoria, has been a local favorite for twenty six years, serving up a rustic, Italian inspired menu. Focusing on regional products, Café Brio led by multi awarded Chef Sam Harris selects the highest quality ingredients from local sources to be used in authentic, creative dishes.

At Café Brio, everything is prepared in house. Pasta favorites include gnocchi with roasted leeks, parmesan cream and basil purée, Spaghettini with tomato, garlic, basil, olive oil and parmigiano and also our wild mushroom risotto. From the Sea enjoy seared scallops with peroxides, delicata squash, carmelo and bacon anchovy vinaigrette or our local fish feature. Lastly the Parry Bay Lamb feature from our friends out in Metchosin is an absolute must.

The wine list is extensive with input from multiple Sommeliers on staff always excited to share their new favourite bottle in our unique and cozy dining room.

Wonderful space and atmosphere. Excellent food and service. We chose the sliced tuna sashimi style and grilled scallops, and a few fresh raw oysters as an appetizer. Oysters were so fresh and wonderful and scallops superb. The tuna was presented differently than I have had before, which was delicious and so fresh. For our main dishes, the black cod and bouillabaisse were the choices made. Both were amazing. We plan to return.

What a GREAT server, unbelievable food, perfect setting and all around great experience. 3 of us had our annual best friends Christmas dinner and Zambri’s always knocks it out of the park. We were seated for dinner in the Sunset Café area, which turned out to be quieter than the main dining room. The server was very friendly and attentive. It's a beautiful location, and the food was wonderful.
